PointPaint is a combined color scanner and paint store. Use the camera to quickly measure a color, or use the advanced scanner function that requires a PointPaint reference card. Print or buy such a card from inside the app. Place the card against the surface you would like to know the color of and hold your iPhone or iPad in front of the card. You can then buy paint directly from the store inside the app, or bring the color code to order blended colors in your local paint shop.
